just spoke toIRI just spoke to Nancy Wu, investor relations, and she confirmed that what is being reprted by BNN is true but it is not referring to Kisladag unfortunately. The announcement from the Turkish government is referring to the lands surrounding the Efemcukuru project and it gives Eldorado the right to go ahead with expropriation of any hold-outs on the affected lands. Either way this is good news for Eldorado.
They are still awaiting the decision regarding Kisladag which could be out at any time. Supreme court decisions are handed out once they have been dealt with. There are no hearings or scheduled releases they are simply released when completed. This is no different then most other countries' legal systems. Supreme court decisions are dealt with behind closed doors and are decided in the order they are received. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.
