IMO, due to the dilution and the price of gold in a short term correction, the share price will decrease. However, long term revenue has been solidified with the purchase and since I am one of those believers in a $2,000+ gold price, the shares will bounce back when the price of bullion goes back up. Has anyone thought that by this purchase, ELD becomes even more attractive to the majors? The management did what they felt was needed to increase their gold production.
