to clarify the "750mm non ELF"....

- take the net asset value and add back in deferred taxes to arrive at total assets
- back out the ELF "direct" holdings - which earned $90/share in divs, not the $80 i stated (80 special + 10 normal)
- back out Encando and cross fingers that Encando would flow its dividends thru in same manner

still think $7 is low end of range of what was earned last year.

RDTOH rules encourage companies to pass thru divs (by forcing high tax rate and tax credit when paid out) but dont believe they are obligated to do so, just encouraged
