Because, this days everybody gives advice to Tom, I will give him one of mine :

- to present it to the public as one giant sandbox with different zones with different NSR.
- To let the potential buyers to create their own mine from that sandbox
- to sale ISKA ISKA to the highest bidder
Then to stat to develop the rest of the 400 sq. kilometres proparties.
