RE: RE: RE: Ugly day ELR drops 22.7% Liberty Silver tried to take over Sennen Resources under very dubious circumstances. The company came from nowhere, suddenly gained a large market cap, then made a play for Sennen in an all stock offer. Sennen was trading at a market cap that did not reflect its' money in the bank at the time.
Some say that Liberty was little more than a shell whose price was an artificially inflated by insiders and the whole point of the affair was to get at the 12 million dollars that Sennen had in cash.
Sennen is essentially the sister company of ELR. If nothing else, it was an entertaining saga while it lasted. It also showed that Mr. Rozier can fight a good fight when he puts his mind to it. The (open) letters to shareholders (news releases) were particularly interesting during this time.
