RE:Diana Hu

RE:Diana Hu Hey Jeffrey,

Yes, I had referenced these documents a few months ago. I assume you got them from the same source: https://www.icris.cr.gov.hk/csci/

Daxin Hu/Diana Hu had created Ka An on 03/06/2015 (M/D/YYYY).

Daxin Hu had resigned on 04/27/2016 and Liu Changyu was appointed as the new director.

This was likely to prevent a conflict of interest. Diana/Daxin did not officially control Ka An when Ka An had made their disclosure of shares. Diana/Daxin did not official control Ka An when she was instated as the new CEO who replaced interim CEO Peter Clausi.

Concerning Xiao Zhang, it appears Xiao is a neutral name which could be appointed to either female or male. However, from the SEDAR filing on July 5th:

"Andrea Zhang was appointed interim Chief Operating Officer of the Company, with authority to assume operations and supervision of the Company’s South African operations

Anton Lubbe was appointed Vice President, South African Operations, reporting directly to Mr. Zhang. Mr. Lubbe is a Qualified Person for the purposes of NI 43-101."

So, given the title of "Mr." perhaps Andrea/Xiao are the same person.

Also, another thing to note, I had called BC Business Registry (# 1-877-526-1526) and asked about CGH Industries Ltd.

Daxin Hu, as of late May 2016, is on file for being the main director at this business.

Again, this leads to much speculation: why is Daxin Hu/Diana Hu running a scrap metal business...? And why is she now the new CEO...? Why did Diana Hu/Daxin Hu register Ka An....? Here is a brief sample of a CGH Industries Ltd. shipping bill: https://panjiva.com/Cgh-Industries-Ltd/5673241

Put your thinking caps on. Any ideas?
