cash in inventory

cash in inventory
Is anyone else not baffled that this company with number one restraint on growth being cash on hand for working capital now has $US11M tied up in work in process with $7M as finished goods.

Whey the hell are the not shipping the finished goods. You can't change them if they're finished so why aren't they shipping? EFL can't afford to sit on finished goods because their customers want to wait. Who the Fk is managing this constipated cash flow! That's what concerns me. How stuipid is this? And past two quarters i found Halkas excuses very merky and non-sensical.

Does anybody else make sense of this backlog. They need cash number 1 and all they're doing is spending money but not shipping anything!!!
