see seeking alpha today says we're working with the Bolivian government to build a battery factory with tesla and 4 or 5 other companies? https://seekingalpha.com/article/4023123-tesla-motors-interested-building-lithium-battery-plant-bolivia?page=2

This now gears our attention towards the Canadian company the manager of the lithium project in Bolivia was talking about. My presumption is that he was referring to Electrovaya, a Canadian battery company which has recently made headlines for signing a contract "to supply lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles to an original equipment maker, its second such deal with a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 company."
