and efl has it's own machine shop in canada that they bought years ago out of concord to make their own custom equipment, which they have always done since it is unique, so i don't think it's a big deal for them to make more dies for extruding and pressing etc. so like to believe this is what's happening now since it will save them a lot in the future production costs and like enable more energy density increases once implemented.
