There was less mirth in 2017 and now, as a group, I would say disbelief is a collective reflection of their feelings. That along with: "I wished we had listened to you".
Even if a miracle happens in Quebec and the project finally operates, Nemaska has become the benchmark for poor project management and execution replacing Orocobre. Despite struggles Orocobre is producing and making a margin despite ongoing quality issues. Even Morgan Stanley seems to like ORE – but one has to wonder if that is a good thing………
