RE:Hope will provide info on $100 millions capital raise useThis means that dilution is coming to a shareholder near you...  I am just surprised that the share price didn't tank more than it already has.  However, the other shoe may yet drop.
The planned dilution would make Sankar a minority shareholder, which could lead to a changing of the guard with respect to the CEO position.
He has fought that tooth and nail in the past.  If he embraces this now, we know that this is his exit strategy, as he can sell his shares after being disposed as the leader.
This is slightly more elegant (and less offensive) than his last attempt, when selling executive shares was buried dozens of pages into a prospectus.  The over-the-top hype made enough people suspicious, so that it blew up in his face, and costing him a fine, imposed by the Ontarion Secuities Commission.
Who will be holding the bag?  Small shareholders, who still have hope that the share price will recover to former glory.  It will not!
