I wish someone could show me that they DO have the ability to turn this around.  I don't know how it looks out East, but out West, they don't have many desireable locations, they don't have size, they don't have uniques, they don't have special services, they don't have a big presence in on-line marketing or loyalty, and I don't see anything except a reliance on the values epitomized by "Ye Old Victorian Shoppe" which simply doesn't work out here. Even I don't have much of a reason to visit and there's one two blocks from my place.

I'm sure someone will turn them around eventually, but I don't even hear a discussion happening now in the MD&A.  I don't want to be like my father who's ridden this one down from the high-20s in the last few years, because it looks like the classic value trap to me.
