Yep also to take in consideration more shares issued = more dividend to pay = more cash out of the company until you hit operational problem and the cash flow erodes and dividend could be cut.

What are the advantages and detriments to doing an ATM raise versus just doing 1 bought offering of the required shares? Is the ATM issue over weeks a better way to raise the funds?
