Well so RBC brokered this deal. Lets see now. Last quarter RBC 12 month target price was 60.00. Today they broker a deal for 44.70 on a deal that won't close until sometime next

My guess ~$45.83 open tomorrow, possibly briefly (and stupidly) dipping to the offering price. And yes, the dividend is likely pooched like others have said.
