RE:RE:EEP Enbridge Energy PartnersYes I read a comment from National Post. Talked about revenues "tumbling". Somewhat inflamatory verbage and should never be used. Declining would be more apprpriate. Look at the presentation Whelan gave in December
12th Enbridge Day.... Finance page 19.
2020 DCF was forecast to increase to $1.050 bln from $800 bln 2018 ($775-825). Adjust the DCF down $55 and $60 million in 2018 and $55 and $80 mln to 2020 to account for FERC and I get: | 2017A | 2018E | 2019E | 2020E |
DCF adj. | $784 | $685 | $740 | $915 |
Coverage | 1.22 | 1.07 | 1.15 | 1.42 |
The table in thteir presentation had 1.2 times coverage constant to 2020 but they had DCF going up.
I assume the dividends will be held flat.
So that is why I wonder about the DBRS conclusion and the possibilty the divy will be maintained if 2018 is transitory.
