My understanding is that at least once a year they can pass on higher financing charges and get relief from their cost of service contracts with thier customers. I would not panic about their debt levels. I would note that I think they might have changed their review of writedowns from October to April. Not sure what we will see on this though. I suspect the market is concerned with EEP and how to deal with it alongside the Ferc decision which is still not fully understood with respect to the exact impact on operations. As well, a LIne 3 decision is creating added uncertainty. If you review the companies financial statements ,income, balance sheet and cash flow you will find messy reading. They have a lot of confusing structures and vehicles which is not easy going for the average reader. Need to simplify the corporate structure and get rid of all the tenticles. I like simple operations to invest in.
