I respectfully disagree with you on some of your points:
3) I don't see the EIS taking 4 years....I can see it delaying just long enough to allow for Whitmer to get bounced in Nov 2022.
4) I think that the inflationary pressures that we are now seeing will subside....did you see the 2021 Q1 vs 2021 Q1 results for Western Fraser? Profit of $680mm in 2021 vs $9mm in 2020 before covid had any real impact on their earnings...I expect the gauging will stop so my guess is that costs probably won't escalate more than they what ENB could earn repositioning the $500 targeted for the tunnel
5) If those responsible for over seeing the safe transportation of the dilbit through Line 5 were concerned about safety, I think it would have already been addressed....the safety measures that ENB has put in place to prevent an anchor accident are impressive and the integrity of the pipe itself is not in question
