Are these the amounts the court awarded, or what the plaintifs demanded? Anyway, CBC being a crown corporation, in the end the taxpayers will have to foot the bill.

They are asking. It will be IMO years. The statement of claim is 391 pages. They are in the process of filing all the expert testimony back up and avidavits. That filing will be 14 to 16 thousand pages of data. Glad I do not have to read it. I did read the 391 statement of claim and I was shocked at the way the government has trated some citizens.
