Omicron
is getting through the vaccines and is spreading like wildfire.BIG DEAL. It appears to be weak, those that are vaccinated get sick but generally do not end up hopitalized.
President of Mexico said we as a society that must respect the unvaccinated while trying to pursuade them to get vaccinated. He stated that there would be no requirements to be vaccinated to enter businesses.
Concerning Omicron he stated that it was new please do not panic we need to wait to see how Omicron will react. Keep your distance, wear your mask and wash your hands.
Yesterday in Mexico there were 972 cases. Granted Mexico does not test as much but I question the need for people that show no symptoms to be tested.
The airport in PVR is very busy around an average of 7 to 9 direct flights daily from Canada. Many flights from US major cities.
In Canada it appears the politicians and the public health Doctors are about to embark on the 4th or 5 wave of doing the same thing over and expecting a different result some say this is the definition of insanity I say in this instant it relfects STUPIDITY.
Maybe Canada should make some changes and take the lead from Mexico. Tucked away in Mexico living free.
