Well we porbably can't make the refined products as cheaply as the Russians do even with the added transportation costs but we should definately not be importing any more. The good news is this will definately highlight the importance of Line 5's delivery of crude to the refineries in Ontario and Quebec not to mention the US and I doubt Michigan will be very successful pushing their
