Actually it is the same at the Buffalo - Fort Erie border crossing in Ontario where the staff of Immigration Canada  even pay the New York taxicabs in US currency for hauling the "assilum seekers" to the Canadian side the Peace Bridge, and put them up in a motel. And guess, who will end up paying those bills? Can you? My question is, before they were set foot on Canadian soil
