Oh I don't know why not son. After all we can hardly blame ENB when the entire market drops now can we? At least they are paying that $.86 per share per quarter or $3.44 per share per year. Thats approaching 7%. Beats your lousy 4% GIC all day son! Go Enbridge! ;-)

Interesting you put it that way. While you are right, you are also wrong. Selling high and getting back in at a discount is not a bad thing, regardless of the tax consequences. But then again, whatever works for you is best.

Makes sense. You should have started with "Trading is a job. It is not my job."

Ahhh...I burried the lead. I am an investor not a trader. Happy? ENB is an investment. A good one and yes, I am happy. Go Enbridge! ;-)

And Silkos, you make a lot of sense on this board, unlike some, who are inflicted with the diarrhea of the mouth, and the constipation of the brains.

Well if anyone knows about diarrhea it is the bttmbngr. This stock may not prove to be as predictable as many think. ENB has confounded expectations before and I will remind you all that there is an NCIB in place. Go Enbridge! ;-)

ENB better won't miss as they will be slaughtered in this market just as Fed will increase the rate.

I do not believe ENB will reduce or cancel the divy BUT i would not be surprised to see them leave the divy at the current level. Hopwfully they are buying shares back at these prices.
