Gas companies

Lately many gas companies saw their stock price taking 8-10% improvement, ex. Chesapeake energy CHK.
and unfortunately ENB is cruising with no traction. What will it take to get the same effect?

With interest rate cuts push back , this means from three down to two or maybe none at all this year.
What will be the impact on ENB bottom line.

cash flow to still be generated as predicted or coming down from target?

Time will tell I guess. But we are just staying where we are?
at least volatility is low and we are not loosing to much ground.
