The number of rigs is declining , investment other than mergers which does not necessarily produce extra is about all that's happening as oil companies and gas are focused on debt repayment and return to shareholders who are demanding it, rightly so. We have massive global instability from the Ukraine the Middle East , Koreas , and China, and if the Middle East were to implode ,a good possibility , Iran ad led by a group of fundamental idiots could easily shut down the Straits of Hormuz, a transportation highway for 30 percent of global oil. Then we have our own group of idiots that abhor the industry yeti mport one million new votes now and later per year. So where do they live ,how do they heat their homes , not withwood like me.
