RE:Prefs are getting out of whack

RE:Prefs are getting out of whackI can't stay diligent Obscure!, cause I am NOT sure what metric(s) I should be monitoring.  For FTN and DFN.....there is an "expert" named Mouserman who provides some opinionated guidance on "when" things are getting a little too hot in the kitchen.  Do you do the same?  Or, what indicators should make me start to get nervous?  Can I assume as soon as I see a 5 - 10% premium?  Or what? Any guidance (/hand holding) would be appreciated.
