Looks like Middlefield has invested the funds from the Raise

Middlefield only discloses information to satisfy reporting regulations. That means they won't tell us if they have reinvested the $38 million that they raised recently until they are mandated to do so.

Comparing the daily NAV numbers on the Middlefield website to the ENB closing prices, I believe Middlefield has fully invested the proceeds from the recent Raise.

I came to that conclusion the Middlefield has invested all of the funds from the Raise.  It now takes a multiplier of 0.44 to be applied to the daily change in the ENB share price to make the math work which is where it was before the Raise.

The multiplier dropped down as low as 0.37 immediately after the Raise and has been working its way back up.

I don't know if anyone cares about this stuff or not but I like to know why things work the way they do.
