New rules for settlement dates

The rules for the settlement date for stocks changed from 2 days to 1 day this week.

Therefore, as of this month, the ex-divi date and the record date are now the same. As such, holders of ENS at the close of business today will receive the divi for May.

The Settlement Date changed from 5 days to 3 days in 1993. Then to 2 days in 2017. As of this week, it is 1 day. That is technology for ya!
