To buy or not to buy

To buy or not to buyLooking at the charts $11  looks like a very good entry point. However it is a concern for me that ENB  has been making lower highs and lower lows on its charts since the end of May 22. I would like to see a reversal of the lower lows before dipping my toes in. It always bugs me that in this digital age Middlefield cannot release the NAV of ENS on a more regular basis such as weekly. If ENS does get to $11. it will be a 11% pullback whilst at present it is around 7% .
