E Split Corp > Closing stats for the week

Closing stats for the week

ENB = $43.63

ENS = $11.09

Expected NAV = $9.33

Premium to NAV = 18.86%

Worry Points:

1)  As long as ENB stays above $34, the divi is safe.  The lowest monthly close during Covid was Nov 1, 2020 which was $35.82 and the divi was paid that month (every month for that matter)

2)  As long as the premium to the NAV stays below 20%, there is very little concern of Middlefield doing a Raise.  The Split managers also don't do Raises before month end anymore as the last time it was tried, the size of the Raise was very disappointing.  Keep an eye on the premium because every Raise crushes the price.

On a personal note, I don't have cancer.  An enlarged prostate and high PSA stats can be effectively managed with drugs.  In fact, prosate cancer is also very managable with drugs.

I apologize for going off topic, but older guys should know about this stuff.
