Another day and no Raise

Somebody was dumping again which made the math for a Raise offside for most of the day.  With ENB dropping at the end of the day, the metrics are once again in place for another Raise.

The Premium to the NAV ended up at 16.23% which is definitely in the range for a Raise.

What's it going to take to move the nav up so the commons shares go up too? Unfortunately for me I'm in at 12.85$.
