RE:SmoothUndervalue I think you have the correct approach to buying EQI. Don't be too eager to buy in the first few days after the annoucement, but the guys behind Smoothwater are well connected and from what I've read they will most likely turn this company around. Do a little research on GDC if you wish to know how they operate.
