RE:EQB was around ~$9, 10 years ago...trading at $61.75 today! Hope you're right but I would be happy as a clam if the stock got into $15 -$20 range. I have faith in the Smoothwater people as they seem to have done a good job with Genesis Land Corp (GDC). The fact that the current bull market is 5 years old and looking tired is my concern for the next year till we get a major correction (25%).
