Equity Financial is tightly held.
Since this company is tightly held with less than 10 million shares issued it's subject to fairly large fluctuations in the stock price and will undoubted scare off institutional buyers but in my view if Smoothwater sees value here that's good enough for me to be an investor. I often wonder why companies like this are public in the first place
