THESE GUYS ARE WRONGI've worked for several public companies during my career. I've been involved in several share buybacks with those companies.
THESE GUYS ARE DEAD WRONG not to start a Buyback Program. #1 it sends a strong signal to the market. #2 they can always go to the market down the road to raise additional capital.#3 they expect the shareprice to be higher down the road so we are talking a NET Gain on doing just that as far as capital is concerned.
These guys have not even looked at this because they probably do not have a clue.
