doubt it...stock was easily above $10 before the blockade...this change in guidance has been "factored in" ...report pretty standard IMO ...should trade with all the others tomorrow .... these miners are sure undervalued though ...600k oz x $500 =300M on its way to 1,000,000 oz ...  cheap cheap cheap
