RE:ONE WOULD EXPECT I am not sure I agree with your post. Why would they provide an updated time now, as all that could do is work against them. If they move the date before they are 100 percent positive of the start date then their entire on budget on time accomplishment is all but forgotten and the stock would be punished. They are so close to finishing, let them finish and then provide a date, builodkng more momentum while reducing risk of falling behind a date they didn't need to provide.
