.....that these so called management types of Equisnot could do a better job of forecasting when first pour will be. 1st half of 2024 is a very large gap. For the last 18+ months the forecast has always been the 1st half of 2024.
So now they are 96% complete and that is stil their best forecast. Seriously that is not acceptable. Anyway it tells us all it is closer to June 30 than say April 1st.

I am not sure I agree with your post. Why would they provide an updated time now, as all that could do is work against them.  If they move the date before they are 100 percent positive of the start date then their entire on budget on time accomplishment is all but forgotten and the stock would be punished.  They are so close to finishing, let them finish and then provide a date

In the mean time, the stock up .75 and the big gap closed today. So glad that i kep adding up. It worked very well for me. Just to bad i didn't option up this play like i did with NGT.
