Thanks for posting this.  It looks like a very militant union up against on intransigent company. A bad combination which could lead to a long dispute ...two months and counting.  Let's hope it doesn't make the press up here.

Always hard to know who is acting ethically without being in the conversations. Just sucks that it sounds like they were close to a deal in mid-October and then it fell apart again. Investors will likely start to put pressure to get a deal done lots of lost production at Los Filos over a 2 month period. But if they put an agreement in place that lasts for 25 years that's the most important ...more

Thanks for posting, They need to get someone that both sides like, only way to get this going again. I worked in oil and had to deal with these kind of issues more than once.
