Excuse me this is not a DEAL...

Excuse me this is not a DEAL... As I recall the Diamondfields deal as orchestrated by a Robert....but by the name of Friedlander.
For a better idea of the sagacity of this Robert, you should look no further than Columbus Gold itself where a 5 moz deposit had to be given away to the Russians in order to get money to drill it off  and then there is his Petromanus shining light ...neither of which exhibit any great facility to raise money to increase shareholder values.
Give us a break.. this is nothing more than pirates taking over a treasure ship during a vulnerable period of calm in the markets. We the shareholders will see nought from this lot other than them laughing all  the way to the bank.
Mines are not built overnight and when management uses the shareholders money carefully it takes a bit longer to get the headframe up.
Don't expect Robert G or any of his new board to work for the same pittance as the Current CEO.
Be smart and vote no to this theft.
