Take a look at the share count of ICG. Those guys are certainly not afraid of creating new shares and floating paper. ER has a relatively decent share count now. Dr. Don was very good at keeping his costs down. That ain't happening no more. Get ready for dilution in a big way. They better start releasing great results or we are in for a summer of sluggish lateral movement.
