@ goawaigh - that's an extremely well written and thoughtful synopsis of the deal and explains why the mkt is discounting the value of ER from what AUG have given in NR. 


market is just not buying that AUG assets command that value. They have a steal in eau Claire. However, I would still like the deal to move forward as their mgmt is one of the better ones out there in mining industry with a history of sales to blue chip producers in the past for great premiums. They will drill the hell out of eau Claire and get it into a position where in a year or so it might become an acquisition target due to high grade and hopefully 2 million plus resource in tier 1 jurisdiction. 


I would have liked them to value ER better though and give more % of fury to ER shareholders. Howvever, they have the better currency and it's mainly due to their mgmt. ER is better with them unless a white knight comes and bids up ER. As it doesn't have a BFS or PFS, I don't think that might happen so this will have to do.
