RE:6 ratings - Overall: Strong Buy Thanks mate.  There looks to be a heavy discount right now as this company has the word "Europe" in it.  I think the value is just great and loaded up at current values. Worst case is just to collect a nice divvy until the market corrects itself - whether it's in 6 months or in a year.  

MRG which is the first residential REIT  (though CDA/US based) was the first one to report earlier this week and the numbers were quite solid, despite the difficult market environment.  Cap. rates barely changed as they actually recorded FMV increases on their buildings given the rent increases.  

Looking forward to seeing results published on November 8th here - I don't think it'll be huge surprises either way, they're likely just plowing along on the same pace as the first 6 months.
