Target $1.25

CIBC analyst set target to $1.25 according to Globe and Mail today. Maybe partially explains pop in share price today. Does anyone have details of the report?

Hi Ogopogo, I used the numbers in the press release and noted that the resulting change in NAV was more than the planned distribution.  I expect the difference is related to the "expenses ...more

Hi James, shouldn't you include costs to wind down the Reit? And why did you reduce the NAV by $1.60 post distribution when the special dividend was only $1.46?

Cash arrived.  It looks like the "stub" will trade around $1.00 today, and most likely a little lower. One last step to go....
