They are following the same game plan as here as they have in many other companies.
1) Identify an asset that has huge value, but there is something wrong with it that is causing the market to discount the value. In this case, we need to have our licenses ratified and deal with a possibly unfriendly government.
2) Take a large stake in the company
3) Replace management with world class professionals who specialize in the areas that will make the company most successful.
4) Fix the problem
-Re-branded the company
-Working with the Romanian Government to get our licenses ratified
-Getting the rest of the Studies done (EIA, Feasibility etc)
5) Raise money over time at higher and higher valuations
6) Get bought out by a big company
We are at Step 4. I think it says in the video they plan to unlock maximum shareholder value in about 2 years.
I think year 1 is steps 1 to 4 and year two will be steps 5 and 6. That should put us mid-2018. This is a long term play and if you are invested in it that's what we should be looking for and not sweating the day to day price swings.
