He was responding to the price they paid relative to what I will become not really setting an actual price target.    Meaning it doesn't matter that they paid .07 per share instead of .05 per share because the upside is huge.  I also think he meant $5 pre-consolidation as this interview was in June 2016.  That's only 71x bigger ;)
