Sometimes I wonder if they really have any plan attached or are just control freaks who do this on thinly traded issues just because they can. With the volumes involved they are only going to make a few buck by switching in and out all the time. It really doesn't impact those of us who have been here since Carpathian days but it is just more pleasant overall to let the true market set the price. Onward and Upward
