It says that they MIGHT reshuffle the cabinet at the end of the month. Absolute worse case scenario is that we we have to keep waiting for the new people to take their posts. Certainly not the death of ESM. Keep in mind there is legislation coming to remove the signatures as part of this process. So like Alex said a few days ago. Most likely have it in 2 or so months.
