RE:Always keep in mind Good points @DwightSchrute, I would add that tomorrow is a 'deadline'. For all we know, all ministries have already signed off on this, and perhaps the other ratification signatures have been obtained as well... in other words, we could see the license posted at any time... But as bureaucracy is involved, who knows how efficient the Romanian government's interdepartmental mail is? Then, will another department have to digitize, and yet another post? how many more days for that!?
