RE:Management are not winners !!!! We need ....I understand the frustration, but our problem is not management (although they could communicate a bit more), but the Romanian bureaucratic process.  Like all governments, its very slow.  But to put it in perspective, Vast got a license to re-open a pervious working mine.  This was the first license granted in 19 years so everyone in the ministries are doing things for the first time.  Also, the Romanian government has also had a long history of corruption, so everyone working at the different ministries want to make sure that everything is done 100% according to the law.  If you watch the vast resources interview I posted a few weeks ago, the CEO was saying that they had to go back and forth for months just to work out the wording of certain documents.
