Hopefully most of the insiders shares have been sold...as that "Could" be a turning point from this downward trend. ESM CORPORATE governance of Management/Directors seems to intertwined with other F&M group of Companies. Is a complete restructuring or overhaul in motion?? Should be some positive updates moving from here. After reading about Eric Sprott's new ideas to save Canadian mining and try to even the playing field for retail investors, is very encouraging moving forward.
